Fixes and Changes

• Updated the plugin description to remove redundancy.
• Set the minimum Obsidian app version to the latest public release.
• Removed unnecessary manifest properties (compatible).
• Removed default hotkey recommendation.
• Adjusted UI text in settings to use sentence case.
• Utilized this.app.fileManager.getNewFileParent to get the path to the folder configured under Settings > Files & Links > Default location for new notes.
